This past week, Women of Sacramento celebrated Giving Tuesday! If you don’t know what that is, it’s a national fundraising day where nonprofits from around the world campaign for donations. A lot of nonprofits use Giving Tuesday to help themselves raise all the money they need to operate for the entire YEAR. It’s a great way to give back to your community and support the many places and spaces you enjoy all year long.
Even though Giving Tuesday has now passed, the holidays have always been the season of giving. Honestly, you could give any time of the year you want! So, we thought we would roundup six of Sacramento’s amazing local nonprofits that would greatly appreciate your generous donations this (and every) month.
